A course for physicians experienced in reconstructive surgery.

The course is not designed for interns.
Course program:
- 2 days of theoretical training;
- 12 hours of work under a microscope;
- Practice skills on synthetic materials specially made for practical skills, as well as biomaterials.
The course consists of theoretical and practical classes:
Course of lectures:
- Suture material used in microsurgery;
- History of microsurgery. Fundamentals of microsurgical techniques;
- Microsurgical instruments;
- Working with a microscope, microsurgical sutures.
- Types of microsurgical anastomoses (End-to-end, end-to-hand, microvascular inserts, lympho-venular anastomoses. Methods of checking the patency of the anastomosis.)
Practical training:
Microscope skills
Imposition of microvascular sutures (vein suture, artery suture, nerve suture)
Formation of end-to-end, end-to-side anastomoses.
At the end of the course, a CSI Certificate is issued, which includes points, according to the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated February 22, 2019 № 446
