Fundamentals of robot-assisted surgical interventions

Features of calculation of docking of the patient. Trocar placement planning.

Positioning of elements of the working system relative to the operating table

Organization of the surgeon's workplace, calibration of the eye-tracking system of the camera control, appointment of instruments, calibration of angles.

Choice of instruments (passive, monopolar, bipolar, ultrasonic, articulatory).

Choice of patient position, placement of trocars,

Practice of basic robot-assisted laparoscopic skills (tissue capture, sewing, dissection, resection, coagulation).

Robot-assisted cholicystectomy.

Robot-assisted hemicolectomy.

Robot-assisted resection of the rectum.

Robot-assisted nephrectomy

Robot-assisted adrenalectomy.

Robot-assisted appendectomy

Cleaning, disinfection, sterilization of instruments and accessories.

At the end of the course, a CSI Certificate is issued, which includes points. according to the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine dated 22.02.2019 № 446.
